dd is 13 months old. she still nurses at least 4 times at night, during the day it ranges between 1 - 4 times depending on the day. Do I need to give her cow's milk on top of it?

sorry if it's a stupid question - ds was down to nursing once a day at this age.

I wouldn't think so. It sounds like she is getting plenty of mama milk. I didn't start giving dd yogurt and cheese until around 18 months and just started milk when she turned two (my reason for this was pregnancy not age). She was down to nursing 1 to 2 times during the day and 1 to 2 times during the night around 18 months.

Is she mooing? Eating grass? Growing a tail? If not, then I doubt she's a cow who needs cow's milk

That said, I WOULD encourage more nursing.
