BF Moms & Babies needed in San Diego for AAP Breastfeeding Workshops (October 2014)
Hi-
I am looking for breastfeeding moms to help with physician education. I am a pediatrician and IBCLC.....doing 2 workshops for pediatricians at the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference and Exhibition in San Diego with Dr. Joan Meek. Details of the sessions are below.
**Sunday 10/12/2014 02:00 pm - 03:30 pm
Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Breastfeeding! Basic Breastfeeding Clinical Support Skills designed for practicing pediatricians. We are looking for 2-3 families:
~ideally with a relatively young baby (<1month in October)
~ a 2-6 month old
~ and a >6 month old....can be new to breastfeeeding or a pro!

You, Too, Can Be a Breastfeeding Guru! Advanced Breastfeeding Clinical Skills
Ideally, for this session we would like some challenging stories for our doctors:
~supply issues,
~babies with low muscle tone,
~cleft lip and/or palate
~multiples.
