I can fall asleep, can't stay asleep. My ds sleeps almost all night, not me..........

I have had this issue in the past, just took whatever(i know, I was mean to myself)....but now I do care what goes in my body.

What is OK while BFing????

I use Hyland Calme Forte when I struggel with insomnia. It is homeopathic and helps me settle down pretty easily after about ahalf hour and sleep better through the night.
