Hi I am in question of whether I am bi-polar ( minor). I have a beautiful girl 10 months. I plan to continue to breast feed for a while and go to counseling yet it may be helpful for all of us in the family if I get some sort of medication. Does any one have any suggestions on what works and is safe to use while breast feeding. Thankyou .

I know lithuim is a no-no. I have some friends who take other meds for bipolar and I will ask them.
