Chely, if you did an amazon search I think you might find a lot of stuff! Mine are now 11 and 9, but we just had a few tiny board books about Jesus' parables that they cherished for years. Ill tell you something else. Those books are wonderful but what Ive found priceless is the fact that I knew those parables and the Gospels so well that I would just tell them myself. They loved to hear stories from the bible in my words. This was more as they got older, but not too much older then yours are now. Them seeing me praying and reading the bible, always having a bible around (I just always have since they were inutero).

I know you wanted advice about books and they really are great, but just be encouraged that even if you cant get hold of them, cant afford them or whatever, its the life you live and from your own mouth thats going to prove to be priceless.

hugs!!

I agree. I really enjoy this too, because dd and I are both sitting together with the 'full' word of God, reading and talking about it. Last night actually dh and I got talking about something and reading through Genesis 1. When dh left for an appointment, dd and I ended up reading, writing, and drawing/coloring Genesis 1:1-13! It was a lot of fun.
