Joe Biden since at least 1993. :LOL I think it is probably simply because one of my best friend's was dating his nephew who was so STUPID that it made me think of him (JB) as a genius. Gosh, if he could go *that* far and be related to the guy I knew

That is really overcoming a lot!!!
That said, I cannot believe that he thinks he will be a serious contender if he declares this early. He will get ripped apart. Of course, the last time he ran there seems to have been a few more moral qualifications:

Overall, I don't like how Biden has sounded on the war in Iraq. Also, he voted to confirm Condi as U.S. Secretary of State - BOO HISS. He is not the kind of Dem I want to support.
