My cousin got pregnant while on BCPs and she attributed it to having rose quartz under her bed. Okay, one story a proven fact does not make, but rose quartz is pretty and "more things in heaven and earth" and so on*. She very kindly lent me the rose quartz for while we're TTC. I was expecting a stone. She gave me a brick.
