I know this is a long shot, but I need to find a 3 bedroom place quickly (we are looking for May or June)<br><br>
Our current house has lead and my kids are being exposed to cigarette smoke...<br>
we need to move.<br><br>
But finding an affordable 3br that isn't student housing but is in our price range has turned into a nightmare.<br><br>
Ideally we'd like a house or duplex/townhouse, but even an apt will do if that is what we find.<br><br>
Anyone? Anyone have a landlord they love that I can harass about other property they have?<br>

We are going to look at an apartment tomorrow in Ithaca<br><br>
please oh please keep your fingers crossed for us<br><br>
If this place is decent, it will be a dream come true--within walking distance for so many things for the kids AND us

(I have a house to rent in Ithaca for June 1...but it's a 2-bedroom with another large room in the basement that is not legally a basement.)

South Hill - near the South Hill Elementary school and the South Hill Recreation Trail.<br><br><br>
Oh, and I mis-typed in my first posting. It's a 2 bedroom house, plus a large finished room in the basement that cannot legally be called a bedroom. (It, is, however, legally a basement! LOL)<br><br>
Washer, dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, large deck out back, small yard and garden, good parking and access to bus route.
