Has anybody actually laid their hands on this journal? I love Birthing From Within, but I'm hesitating on ordering this, as it's $25 plus shipping. If you've seen it, what do you think? I don't have a Birthing From Within instructor in my area and I really want to do some of the exercises; I wonder if this journal would help. Thanks for your thoughts.

I am going through the classes right now. They are really very healing and very helpful and I looove my instructor. I saw the journal too and was held back by the price also. Did you buy the BFW book? It has a lot of the things we do in it and is a very good read with tons of great info. If you are going to spend the $$ I would buy the BFW book before I would buy the journal. Although if I had the extra $$$$ I would buy the journal myself...I have not seen it though.....
