How do I teach my almost 12 month old to stop biting me? It really hurts. He bited my nipples, but I sternly tell him no, and he lets go. When he lets go, I put him down, away from me for a minute. BUT, he also bites my arms. When he bites arms, he won't let go, and when he finally does, I put him down. Sometimes he laughs, sometimes he cries. I swear I thought he was going to draw blood today. I try to hold his nose so he will open his mouth and let go, but he just opens his lips and breathes through his teeth
