DDCC to say I wouldn't worry about it. I researched this at one time and there doesn't seem to be a correlation with miscarriage unless you drink more than 100 mg of caffeine per day, which is more than the average cup of black tea has. (According to the Wikipedia article a small cup of black tea, 6 oz, has 50 mg.)

I also think it's fine and have been drinking tea now and then. Most providers say a cup or even two of coffee per day is fine, and coffee has more than twice the caffeine of black tea.

Up to 300mg of caffeine is supposed to be ok. I told my midwife I drink 2 cups of strong chai everyday & she was fine with it. They don't want you drinking a pot of coffee a day, but some black tea everyday is fine plus it's good for you in other ways.
