I feel so bad...I was in the kitchen with Sam on my hip...thought I was far enough away from the blender for it not scare him, but when I turned it on he jumped sooo bad and then started crying because it scared him.!!! I feel so bad...I scared my poor little guy!!!

Oh, poor guy.....reminds me of the time DH was going to vaccum ( no, really!)...he got the vaccum out, plugged it in and left it there until he was ready to clean. DS crawled to the vaccum and banged on it, like a normal 8 month old...he hit the on button, the vaccum sprang to life and DS shot across the floor screaming. Very funny, it was very difficult to calm him down and not laugh myself silly. Now whenever he sees the vaccum, he says
"oooooooH!

edited to add....Maybe this is why men have lifelong aversions to the vaccum cleaner!
