I powerwalked yesterday for 3 miles in some shoes that apparently have met their expiration date. I now have a quarter size blister on the back of my right heel. I can't put shoes on until it heals and that seriously interferes with my exercise routine of walking every other day. DH said to let the blister heal itself and not to pop it, which I am fine doing, but is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
