Blue Cross and Homebirth

Has anyone had any luck getting Blue Cross Keystone Health Plan East to cover their homebirth. We were original told it would be covered. When I selected a midwife we were turned down for the coverage. Now that we are in the second level appeal, they said that it was because I was over an hour from the Midwives sending hospital and MD. They don't believe that's safe childbirth practice. They had no midwives within that hour distance to offer as an alternative. Anyway.... if anyone has had any luck with them let me know.
