I put bones on to boil this morning and put my pot on high on the stove to get it going (its a big pot). Then I went outside and got wood, mended some pants, filed, some things and forgot about it. So, it boiled on high for a good 20 - 30 minutes. Now I put it on the woodstove to simmer the rest of the day. But, did I ruin it by boiling it on high for too long or too hot?
