We had our anatomy u/s today and we are on Team Blue.

Jason literally shrieked when the tech said it was a boy. We'd spent the entire drive there discussing boy middle names. At one point, Jason sadly said "Of course this means we'll have a girl. I'll be so happy with another girl, but I'd sure like to have a son." I'd secretly hoped for a boy, but I truly didn't think it would happen. I grew up with only a sister, so I figured that I'd only have girls in my family.

Everything looked good. I have to go back next Tuesday because, while the tech could SEE that everything was fine, proportional & functioning, she couldn't get good screen captures of a couple things (most notably, the heart). So, things are good! Yay!!!

Hi! Yup, I'm on the East side in Gwinnett Co but my BIL/SIL live in Douglasville and DH is going to be there for a job at Plant Wansley in January.
We are actually moving to West Virginia in May but I'd love to get together before then

COGRATULATIONS! :
I'm also on "team blue"
My hubby was also wanting a boy. He swore it was gonna be a boy cause "I only make boys" but I kept reminding him he may turn out like his grandpa who had 5 girls so he better not get his hopes up.
He was like "it's ok, I'll be fine. I'll play dolls". But yeah , he got all puffy chested when they said it was a boy.
Isn't it exciting?! I secretly wanted a boy for my first too. I always liked the idea of the big, older brother.
Well, COngrats again
That's funny. Jason told me (WAY before we thought about kids) that "Sumners only have boys". His father is one of 7 boys and he's one of 3. However, EVERY GRANDCHILD has been a girl (including our daughter). I think there's going to be a family celebration when they all find out that we're having a boy!
