Last time around, I got pregnancy fatigue hit me hard around 5 week, and MS kicked in less than a week later.

So now that I'm 5 weeks, the fatigue is coming on as expected, and food is losing it's appeal....I'm building a morning sickness tool kit. I've got Ginger Ale, 7-up, orange soda (this worked last time, I don't get it, but whatever works!), B-6 vitamins, lemons, and Lifesavers (again, not sure why they worked, but I'll try anything!). I'm also stocking the kitchen with my favorite foods, healthy or not, so I can quickly grab something if the urge to eat comes along. I also need to find my motion sickness bracelets.

Any other suggestions? What worked for you?

For some reason Barq's Root Beer works for me. I have no idea why, but I drink way too much root beer during pregnancy. It's not healthy, but it's at least caffeine free.

I had really bad dizziness the first pregnancy which I lost. Last time it wasn't nearly as bad I just kind of felt slightly motion sick. I have no idea what to expect this time, but I have a six pack in the fridge waiting.

I'm totally exhausted too!

I'm 5 weeks, too and my MS has kicked in at 6 weeks with all 3 of my pregnancies so I'm spending this week being preemptive. I'm having my first round of acupuncture tomorrow. I had it twice the last pregnancy and it helped. Another thing that has really been helping my fatigue is exercise. I can feel crappy but a walk makes all the difference and I'm going to yoga tonight so I'm looking forward to that helping also. I don't have time to be tired or sick with 4 kids to shuffle around all over town everyday. I'm going to pick up my whole food B supplement I take at times. Once you're sick though it's so hard to get a pill down.
