I thought that was a rather crude and mysoginistic way to say "have sex on" someone (one that I personally use from time to time). As in "Damn she's hot. Wonder if I could pull that."

Well not being Australian, I'm not sure what that expression meant. We need someone from Australia to explain that!

I thought it meant just a general "get with" kind of a thing, either dating or sex. At least thats what I gathered from the term being used in songs recently. You can never tell nowadays LOL
