It doesn't say to on the bottle, but does anyone refrigerate theirs after opening? I somehow feel like it should be, even though I don't refrigerate any of my other vinegars....any thoughts?

I dont refigerate mine,,,when summer hits I will though. hth

I always do. I was told by someone that you should so it would maintain the beneficial properties and freshness. Also, dh prefers to take it cold rather than room temp.

I think it does say so on newer bottles? I'm not home to check. I didn't used to, but I was looking at my new bottle a few weeks ago and saw that it's supposed to go in the frig after opening. It couldn't hurt!
