Does anyone have a Bran Muffin recipe that would be safe for a 9 month old. We aren't doing pureed baby food, just finger foods and I'd like to give him bran muffins to help with his constipation troubles.

I don't have a recipe but cubes of ripe pear would help. Flaxseed oil is supposed to help too.

Yeah we do flax seed oil and soft pieces of fruit.
