There's a recipe that I've made before that dh is requesting that calls for pillsbury crescent rolls. Its so simple and quick.. its cut up chicken, green onions, rosemary, parmesan, and brie baked inside a square pocket made from crescent rolls (..obviously, not rolled into a crescent shape. You take two triangles and squish them together to make a rectangle. Then stretch it out a bit, load it up with the filling, then fold over) Its so easily customizable with other veggies and variations, but I really hate using the crescent rolls. Lots of yucky ingredients in there. Last time I used some pizza dough from the HFS. It was alright, but not quite the right texture, and too thick. Does anyone have a dough recipe that would work?
