I just bought a bread machine (Breadman Corner Baker). Haven't tried it out yet, but I thought I'd ask if you all had any helpful tips and advice you'd like to share for a breadmachine newbie?

Favorite brands of flour, yeast, etc?

A couple of tablespoons of gluten make for a wonderful loaf of bread.

I have a breadman ultimate and love it. Havent heard of of a corner baker?

I use unbleached white flour that has been sifted only to remove the husk, it looks whole wheat. I use half whole wheat flour with that.

I also use more yeast than it calls for.
