Ok...I think I have found something that has worked for my onagain/offagain morning sickness (which hits at anytime of the day!)

I get a piece of bread (mine is OatNut) and I spread peanut butter on it...then toast it...get the PB all melted...then I make some chocolate milk. I did this last night (it's usually a morning food for me) and I didn't have a problem all night OR this morning!
I'm guessing the protein (pb and milk) are really helping.
If you dont want that much sugar...go for 'natural PB' and milk without chocolate. Add a banana and you will REALLY be ready to go!

Just thought I'd pass it on...helped me, hope it helps someone else!

I eat cheesy hashbrowns every morning!

Then I snack on baked chicken and steamed broccoli all day long.

I eat cheese sandwiches right before bed and in the middle of the night.

I do eat some other stuff, but that's what I've been repeating for last week.

Normally I love to cook and consier myself a food snob, but when I'm pg, I can't stand being inn the kitchen and I can only eat totally bland food.
Peanut butter toast and chocolate milk is a HUGE comfort food in this house. It's works great for morning sickness and when you wake starving in the middle of the night.

I haven't had morning sickness, but I do get quite queasy, especially if I haven't eaten well. Eggs are my standard breakfast food. Fried eggs with coleslaw... fried egg sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, and tomato... omlettes... and my new favourite way to eat eggs is a modified eggs florentine (I think that's the right name for it!). I poach a few eggs, put them in a bowl with tomato chunks, and kind of cut up/mash the eggs. I add a spoonful of hollandaise sauce and mix everything up. Mmmmmmm so good. I was thinking this morning about all the yummy things I could add to the mix...
