I am 14 weeks pregnant and for a couple of weeks aside from tender breasts I have shooting pains in my left breast. It is very annoying! I switched from an underwire to a sports bra and now to a nursing bra with no wire that is one size to big, thinking that it would help, but it is there even when I am braless. Any suggestion as to if this is normal or not?

Yes, this is very normal. I have had this will all my pregnancies and also my clients have too. I am a labor doula. This is a very normal thing and it will not last through your whole pregnancy.
