Has anyone else noticed this? Since starting nursing, my breasts have seemed to run a few degrees hotter than the rest of my body. They are not engorged or painful, so I don't think that they are infected or anything like that. They are just hot. And uncomfortable. Anyone else have this?

My DD has noticed this. Sometimes when she's nursing she'll pull her hands back and sign "hot".
