My 15 month old has been throwing up all night long, from 9 pm to 6:30ish am. I gave her sips of water and nursed her on and off for a few hours because it seemed like she wouldn't throw up again, she took a long nap from 9-10:15, and then woke up, had a little water, and nursed again. About 30 minutes after nursing her after her nap, around 10:45, she threw up a very large amount of breastmilk, much of it was slightly curdled. I'm getting pretty worried about dehydration, so we have an appointment with her pediatrician today for later this afternoon, but I would like some reassurance that she was able to digest at least SOME of the breastmilk and water I gave her at around 7 am. She probably got some of the breastmilk from earlier, right? She woke up with a slightly wet diaper this morning, but they have been dry ever since.

Is she showing any signs of dehydration? Is her skin hydrated, mouth wet, eyes look good? I think seeing the ped is good since it is Friday but I wouldn't worry too much yet.
