Okay, I tried to do a search for this, but got nothing...so if anyone knows of a thread on this please feel free to point me in the right direction!
I breastfed both of my children easily, but since that time I have had a biopsy on one of my breasts. It ended up being more invasive than they thought it was going to be and I have lost a good chunk of boob. That side has a rather large incision scar all the way from the nipple to my armpit and it is an entire cup size smaller than the other side (which means that it cannot fit into a bra because I was only an A cup to begin with! )
I have been told that I should be able to breastfeed on that side with no problem...the doctor thinks. I know that I can bf on only one side if necessary, but I am wondering if any other mamas have experienced breastfeeding after a biopsy?
We are ttc #3 now and so I am just starting to think about these things!
