Ultimately I need to loose weight, 20-30 pounds. I am 5'11'' and 175 instead of 145 but my 17 mo is still nursing 12 + times a 24 hour period and I know my pounds won't drop until I get my cycle back when she is nursing less, that's just how it's always been with my babies.
But I feel the need to purge and cleanse my body one way or another. I eat really well (now) low carb, minimal meat, high protein, I could stand some more fruits and veggies. Sweets about 1-3x a week.
What's the best and safest way to de-gunk? Diet change? Safe supplements?
