I tried to search for this but to no end...

Are there any good sources for a diet for breastfeeding women? Not talking lose weight kinda diet, but with all of the restrictions on certain foods if your baby is sensitive, it would be nice to see sort of an example of a day in the life of a breastfeeding mom and what they can/should eat. My little one is pretty sensitive to the 4 major bad groups of foods, and I don't know what to eat anymore!!

Thanks in advance!

Would you mind elaborating a little. As far as I know there is no "breastfeeding diet". You can pretty much eat whatever you want, but any particular baby can be sensitive to any particular food.

By the "4 major bad groups" do you mean dairy, eggs, wheat, and citrus? They are considered to be the most "common" allergens.
