Hello,
My daughter was born on 3/1 of this year and I am breastfeeding her. I am also pumping and have over 900 ounces of breastmilk stored in bags in my deep freezer. They will not get put to use as I am producing more than enough milk for her. I hate to just throw it away, knowing that somone might need it. The milk bank at austin will not accept my donations because I am taking Cymbalta. It was approved by my OB as safe to take while breastfeeding. Before I was taking zoloft, which was also approved.

If anyone would like it, or knows anyone, please let me know!

I hope she does! I will try contacting her tomorrow. I have called everywhere! The people from the LLL here and Driscoll, but the hospital goes through the milk bank at austin. They wont take it because the milk will be used to feed preemies and no medications at all can be used. I even tried milkshare, but no one has gotten back to me. I just HATE to toss it... but its just not getting used here!
