Maybe I'm weird, but I love it! It's so cute, like puppy breath only different. I'm going to miss that breastfed baby breath smell.
My man is sleeping right now, and I can smell him...and for some reason that smell just makes me feel good, lol. It's almost as great as milk coma!

Oh, I love that sweet little baby smell. And the tiny dribble of milk trickling out of the corner of the mouth. And the totally relaxed, slack-jawed milk drunk face of a breastfed-til-she-dropped baby. Le sigh.

Oh, this is all too funny! And true! I love it soooo much when she's up on my shoulder getting burped mid-feeding and she's looking around with her big blue eyes and breathing in my face. Heaven. My mom forewarned me about the drunk looks and smiles when she was a few days old: "Just wait, Megan -- soon she'll start smiling, but mostly at your boobs." The other day my Mom called just as Nevie broke off for a bit and smiled at my boobs. go figure ;-) Luckily we get plenty of smiles at our faces, too... but that's OT!

BM gives *wonderful* breath. It is one of the little-known benefits of breastfeeding. DS1 got dragon breath literally the day he weaned.

I also love it when they first start nursing, and their eyes roll back up in the head....ahhh...

OH gosh I was JUST thinking about breastmilk breath today! My darling 6 week old has the most incredibly yummy breath......like the most divine & delicious yogurt....I just die over her breath. I will put my nose very close to her mouth every chance I get just to smell that wonderful smell!
