My m/w said to look on blueribbonbaby.org for nutrition information. It is the Brewer diet (very high protein). I just looked around on the website, and I'm wondering if anyone here has ever followed/tried to follow it? What were your experiences? Is it hard to figure out (it's not very specific in some places, and I don't get where certain things work in). I'm basically just interested in others thoughts/experiences here. Thanks!

I did it the first few weeks of this pregnancy, and I think it helped make me have more energy and feel better, but right now I am just eating what sounds good because I feel SO nauseous. I still try to think about protein but I know I'm not getting the daily value of it. But eating is better than not eating I think.

I followed the Brewer Diet during my first pregnancy & my baby was allergic to dairy. I still think the Brewer Diet has good general principals, but I don't think 32 oz of dairy a day is healthy!

I've been trying to get lots and lots of protein (as that's usually what makes my ms less intense), but not specifically the Brewer diet. I only know a little about it though, and I'm interested in learning more.
