I'm thinking about doing the brewers diet because I eat horrible and I need some kind of organized plan.
I suspect I have a gluten intolerance and am planning on getting tested for it.
If so, would the brewers diet be hard to do gluten free? I know it focuses on a lot of whole wheat stuff.

I don't think so. I just looked it up on this site and it doesn't stress "wheat" at all... just whole grains when is comes to that part.

http://nutrition.birthingnaturally.n...iles/frame.htm

I imagine you could still use it as an outline and adjust things.

Good luck!
