Does anyone know of a website where I can get anti-circ brochures/info sent anonymously to someone?

That sounds like something we could set up. One of us gets the brochures and anonymously mails it to someone on the other side of the country. We'd have to get organized outside of MDC, though. i'm pretty sure that would violate the UA. Maybe NOCIRC does something like this?
