Yesterday (Thanksgiving) my brother came over to my house. He witnessed me change a FB. He asks, is that a diaper? "yes" You wash those? "yes". No comment. It was a little funny to me.

His wife knows that I've started CDing (again), she just takes it as another one of my phases. Their kids were in shock "What's that? A diaper?!" They have 4 children, only 1 in diapers still (using those icky Huggies-the worst of the disposables to me) and I would love to get them to CD because they always complain about having no money. No money to buy the kids clothes, or shoes, but plenty of money for buying DVDs (sorry for that mini-rant). But sil would never do it-not very maternal or nurturing. Anyway, this is their last baby both of them have undergone procedures. I'm trying to convert somebody, anybody! So anyway, I'm Thankful for my Cloth diapers and to MDCers for getting me addicted!

I can give you the e-mail address of someone who is very open to conversion. :LOL Or you could do something like this on ebay...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

(it was posting in another thread)

ok, and your : always gets to me, too. I don't understand when people buy movies, but complain of being broke! I think it's all about priorities... do they value DVDs more than food!?!

My brother told me that cd were gross. He asked how I washed them, I told him in the washing machine (duh) he said "but you wash your clothes in there! That's just gross!" I had to laugh at him.

as for your mini rant - sounds exactly like my BIL and SIL. Only they don't buy movies, they take all four kids to the movies. We're talking Chucky and the Grudge and those other horror type movies. The youngest two are 2 and 6. I won't even go to a horror movie, just boggles my mind that they would take babies to see things like that!
