I know TMI right. But I'm scared of what this could mean. I"ve never had any type of spotting with either pregnancy... I'm just freaking out. Have any of you guys spotted at this point in your pregnancy ( 18 weeks 2 days ) ? The spotting is brown and I'm not having cramps so should I still call my OB? Thanks for any replies.

it may be nothing to worry about but i think you should call your OB.

You could have just disturbed those sensitive blood vessels around your cervix, but it's worth a call to the OB, if for no other reason than to put your mind at ease. Are you feeling movement yet? That's another reassurance, if you were feeling movement before, and you're feeling it now, chances are great that things are just fine.
