I have xylitol granules I am hoping will help with enamel regeneration--do I just dip the toothbrush in them to brush teeth? or is there some special kind of xylitol for teeth brushing? thanks for the help! sande

Spry Infant Tooth Gel from dentist.net works really well -- mostly xylitol. I didn't use the granules because I was concerned about scratching dd's teeth.

I mix the granules with a tad of water so they melt in, then dip the brush in. DS loves it. I was going to get a xylitol toothpaste, but had read on here and other places about glycerin, which seems to be in most toothpastes... not sure if it is really harmful or not, but I would rather just stay away from it in case.
