i'm thinking of geting these but not sure what ones are really better. i like the fact that bumgenius fitteds are bamboo, but they only come in 4 colors. the thirsties come in seven colors and there alittle cheaper to buy plus i love there covers. i dont know anyone who has used either. looking for lots of opinions!!:

We use bumGenius 2.0 OS and AIOs and also Thirsties pocket AIO - we're starting to outgrown the smalls and I'm starting to build my medium stash and will be buying Thirsties AIO instead of BG AIO. The Thirsties seem to fit better on DD and dry much faster, plus we stuff them with 1 hemp babies doubler and they can make 10+ hours at night, well that and I like the color options.

I'm new to CD and trying to decide the same thing! At first I really liked the BG OS 3.0 but then I had it on my son last night and it leak (I had two pads in it and they were soaked)! It also left marks on his leg from the elastic- did I have it on too tight?? I am also trying the Thirsties AIO but I have the large and I think they are too big. With those I am noticing wicking around the gusets but not actual leaking. Is this common?

I'm concerned with the BG's cause they don't seem like they will fit as long as we need them. They seem like they will be too small soon.

What's the difference between AIO's like BG and Thirsties and using a fitted diaper and wrap? Is it really just the ease of it? Do they prevent leaks/odor and differently?

Thank you SO much- this all seems overwhelming with all of the great choices out there!

bG fitteds are no longer available. I am sure some retailers have stock left though. They quit making them. Thirsties are VERY soft and nice. I also feel the thirsties AIO's run big so they will last longer. Both diapers are very nice. We use both in our stash. For night time what has been successful for us is use 2 inserts a hemp and a micro and then a wonder wrap cover over.
Good luck
