I'm nursing a teething one year old. last night he sucked ALL night and he's been going at it all day too for the last few days...anyway, this morning i woke up with a painful bump towards the center of my chest (still on my breast) could it be a clogged duct? what is it?

Sounds like a plugged duct to me. Try using moist heat and massage
