Who has tried all of these? How do they compare in fit and function?
I have a new Bumpy day in the cute bears print. I love how soft it is! I wonder about wicking at the leg bindings, though. Caden has it on for the first time right now, so I guess we'll see if it wicks easily or not. It is a little low in the rise, but covers everything still, and is such a gentle soft fit.
Bummis Original cotton print wraps look similar. I love the new red and blue prints (Polar Bears and ?). Has anyone braved trying them? Do they wick very quickly at the legs? (I'm sure they do some, I mean, my Bummis SIWW wicked at the legs.)
And then there is the Nikky Cotton w/ Waterproof Liner wrap. They look similar to the other two above, also. How do they work? Are they higher in the rise? Do they offer a better or worse fit? How easily do they wick?
Ultimately, I'd love to hear from someone who has tried all three of these covers who can give me the lowdown on how they compare.
I've tried other soft wraps like Litewraps, Cot 'n Wraps and Snapi wraps, so I'm not looking for reviews on similar items, just the 3 above. TIA!

Spike's got a Bumpy Day and a Nikky, and both covers work well for him. The Bumpy overall seems cut more generously -- wider crotch, higher rise. The best way I know to describe the difference is to say the Bumpy reminds me of high-cut full coverage briefs, whereas the Nikky is like a bikini-cut pair of undies.

Yeah, BIG help that analogy was . . .

I don't know how the Bummis cotton wraps compare to the company's industrial wraps, but we also use some of the latter, and those covers are HUGE compared to his Bumpy and Nikky. Of course, that does mean we have more room to grow before outgrowing the Bummis. The 6 month-size Nikky we're about to outgrow (Spike turned 7 months on the 5th, and he weighs about 17 pounds), but I think we'll be able to use the Bumpy for a while yet.

By the way, we're using an infant CPF folded thinner ends over the thicker center that placed in the center of the wrap. I know the type of CPF and the fold makes a difference for Spike on how the cover fits.

Well, I hope something in this post helps!

I just ordered the Bummis cotton wrap in Red Cow (looks so cute!). I will let you know how it works when I get it

Oh yes! That's right! It was cows on the red print.
Thanks for the replies! I thought the Nikky looked trimmer (more bikini than brief) so your analogy and explanation makes complete sense, Angela.
I'll be waiting to hear how those Bummis work for ya, Andrea!
Anyone else out there tried the Bummis Original? Even without the prints? I think the white are the same as the print, aren't they?
