Ok mamas it's a given that we're talking about organic here and preferably raw and grass fed but I still can't quite get myself to eat these regularly because of the dioxins question. Fat is where these kinds of chemicals are stored and just because something is organic doesn't mean it's immune to the various environmental contaminants in the air, water etc. So I'm really hesitant to start regularly consuming these again even tho lots of the literature on them is quite positive, at least from the paleo/NT/mercola/WAP perspective. Can anyone shed any light on this connundrum for me?
