For those of you that have them, can you 'erase' the data in them? So if I buy a used one, will I be able to start fresh, or will the previous owner's cycle data interfere with mine? Do I want to buy a used one, or would that be gross? I mean... will I be using a device with someone else's pee in it?!? I just don't know the mechanics of it!

Thanks,

Hi Patti,
I bought mine used off of eBay and have also loaned it to a friend - I don't think it's gross as the pee doesn't actually touch the machine (there is a little cover that goes over the stick before you put it in - I mean I'm sure there is some pee touching but it's not like major).
You can erase the persons old data - you will need the manual though so make sure the one you buy comes with one! I think you need to actually call the company to reset it as opposed to pressing a button or something but honestly I don't remember what I did (it was awhile ago).
