It is pretty much a double townhome; i mean - it is considered a townhome, but it is kind of set up like a side by side duplex.
Anyway, it is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, up/downstairs, private front and back yard, garage, and fun neighbors!
utilities are not included, but the rent is just $895/mo. It is on 57th just S. of powell. When we first moved in, we were apprehensive about not being so close in - but it is really not that bad. we are right off 3 bus lines.
In fact, we are only 2 1/2 mi. from peoples, but now closer to things like Mt. Scott Comm. Center and the woodstock area. So it actually allows us to be more central is S.E. .... and we still bike to Jamison in the Pearl.
It is a fabulous neighborhood! - So many families and everyone looks out for eachother!
