I know this is a silly question. They have that nice chart and instructions.

But I can never use height and weight for DD. She has down syndrome and is very short.

Could anyone give me any measurements on the smaller size clothes? 70,80, and maybe 90? Waist, inseam, that sort of thing. DD is 15 pounds and wears mostly mediums in diapers and 12-18 month clothes.

Thanks!

I just ordered a bunch of stuff for DS in their sale catalogue (my dh says I'm a Hanna junkie, which I am!!) so here's my take on it (I don't have the stuff at hand to measure, I'm at work
: ).

DS is 8 mos and weighs ~20 lbs. He is probably about 24-25" long. I bought him some size 70 stuff and it fits him perfectly now. I also got some size 80 stuff - the romper fits fine, but anything with long pant legs is waaaay too long for him at this point.

I know they purposefully make their stuff so that kids can get a lot of use out of it.. looks like the size 70 stuff will fit him for another few months, at least, and then we can start rolling up the legs and arms of the 80s and make use of that for ~6 months.

HTH!

Are you referring to Hannah Anderson?
If so, my kids wear all Hannah Anderson clothes.
If you are ordering on-line, ask for a catalog. The catalogs have a chart inside that is really helpful. They even have a place for you to measure baby's foot.
My son is 18 pounds and about 26 inches. He wears a 70cm.
My dd is 26 pounds and 33 inches tall and wears a 90 cm--and sometimes that's a little big.
Hope this helps.

Paige is a little Buddah and at 7 months she is 21lb, 12 oz and 29 inches long. She wears a Hanna size 80. I think that the pants are a wee bit trim for plump babies...we have some, but plan to stick to Hanna dresses and skirts from now on.

I've got a pair of size 70 Wiggle Pants in front of me.

Inseam=8 inches
Waist=8 inches (didn't know how to measure this. I laid the pants out flat and measured from side to side)
Waistline to cuff=15 inches

For the record, I love the wiggle pants. Easy to put on, the cuffs "grow" with your kid, and they are so cute! And it's fun to say! When I put them on Little P I say, "Here are your wiggle pants! Don't wiggle too far!"
