He's a really, really good realtor and one of the nicest people we've ever known. And he actually made the process of looking for a home fun at a time when we would otherwise have been really stressed out. And he also managed to negotiate a price lower than what he knew we would take, which essentially was great for us but gave him a lower commission, and he did it to help us as much as possible.
