their baby is hanging out in yet? I feel like this baby is hanging out more on my right side.

My baby is also very happy on my right side <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"> I was a little worried at first because at my ultrasound at 10 weeks there was a big ball looking thing that my OB said was probably just a contraction since we didn't see it on the ultrasound at 7 weeks (I was spotting). I of course had this in the back of my mind that it might be more than just a contraction especially when I started feeling a big hard bump (now it is obvious that it is my uterus) on my right side!! Now when I wake up in the morning and feel my belly I can feel my baby on my right side but if I press gently she will wake up and move to the center of my belly <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="love"><br>

I feel a more definate shape on my left, especially when first waking in the morning. I don't know if it's the baby or the placenta, though.

Generally, it spends more time on my right side. DS did, too. My midwife pointed out last time that it sounded like the baby was curled up right next to my aorta, listening to my pulse and sleeping - I love that image. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">

Baby boy is smack dab in the middle for me. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> I've felt the bumps mostly in the middle, and when I had my u/s last week, he was head down, facing my back, and directly in the middle! My placenta is also in the middle, right on top of my uterus. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up">

This little bean is firmly on my left side at the moment. Actually the other night dh and I were getting a little frisky <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment"> and I think dh kicked the baby! He kind of hit his knee against the left side of my stomach and then there was a rather large thump from inside!<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">

I think mine's on my right side. If I look down at my toes, my belly is only showing on the right side (and it's not showing that much). I mean no one else would notice that my abdomen was lopsided unless I stripped and showed them, even then who knows. But it looks lopsided to me.

I always feel stronger thumps on the left side and at the u/s last week it had its feet to the left so I'm assuming it's still in a similar position and kicking me with its leggers.

My little one's mostly been hanging out on the left, but this afternoon I laid down on the couch and realized my stomach looked different - turns out the little one was horizontal across my abdomen at the top of my uterus. I could even feel where the head and bottom were! I've felt so much movement in the past three days it's almost overwhelming, especially considering I hadn't felt much consistently up to this point. Little one's growing, that's for sure!

Usually on the right, which is where #1 used to hang out, too. In fact, I've got loads of stretch marks on the right side of my belly, and almost none on the left! At least I won't be marring my unblemished side with new stretch marks. lol!

When I feel the little flutters they are coming from the middle but hte baby is definately spending most of its time on the right side. There is often a noticable lump and I can push it and it will move or push back. Pretty cool.
