yes, but I really advise using three cards to ensure accuracy. the cards are notorious for having false results because of individual use. (I saw multiple false results during my apprenticeship!)<br><br>
I send cord blood to the lab for accurate testing. if you're considering Rhogam, typing the cord blood isn't something I'm willing to risk results on at all.

One midwife I know uses the eldon card, and if it say's baby's positive, she is willing to do RhoGam based on that (assuming the parents want RhoGam, of course.).<br><br>
But if it's negative, she always sends the blood into the lab to confirm before forgoing RhoGam.
