Preconception nutrition research has shown that food and healthy nutrition are tied to fertility health in both women and men. Additionally, there are substances that can hinder fertility. If you are trying to get pregnant, you may consider downloading a copy of the Essential Guide to Getting Pregnant from american pregnancy website. With all of the deprivation of nutrients in our food supply, I think supplementing nutrition is more important than ever. Unfortunately, there is no good way to know if you are getting all the nutrition that you need. I found it beneficial to take a high-quality prenatal vitamin because I felt better and I could see changes in my nails and hair which supported the idea that they were working!

Specific changes to the diet can help to increase fertility. Nutrition plays an important role to boost fertility. Eat a lot of organic vegetables and fruits. Whole grains are filled with fiber and other vitamins. Drink lot of water.
