Or will the lentils get mushy? It's got potatoes in it, too, and I know they will probably mush up a bit. It's the lentils I'm mostly concerned about. Rice freezes well, right?

I tend to get a bit over-enthusiastic with my vegetables and add-ins when making soup.
I've got way too much final product, and I'm going to need to do something with the leftovers because we'll never eat them all.
