Yes, you can. My local gourmet market sells their own pizza dough from their freezer section. I've also read that you can freeze it. I would just thaw and use normally.

Ok, so my kids and I made pizza dough today and aren't going to use it til Wed. Can I freeze it? If so, how do I store it. And what do I do, just thaw and use as normal?
